All submissions should be in the IEEE 8.5 two-column format. The page limit for a full-length paper is 6 pages. Please refer to the conference website for guidelines to prepare your manuscript.
All accepted papers will be compiled in conference proceedings published by the IEEE. It is mandatory at least an author registers for every paper that is included in the conference proceedings. Proceedings will be made available during the conference. Accepted papers must be presented by author(s) personally to be published in the conference proceedings.
