Point 3: Based upon the invitation of the University of Florence, Prof. Rudolf Kalman will give another talk on Sept. 19 for engineer/physics audience on the invention of the Kalman Filter and the subsequent evolution of the GPS. Everyone is very welcome to attend in that talk.
