Scope

The ninth edition of AFRICOMM (africommconference.org) will bring together international researchers, students, public officers, policy makers and practitioners in ICT to discuss issues and trends, recent research, innovation advances and on-the-field experiences related to e-Governance, e-Infrastructure, and e-Business with a focus on developing countries.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your papers to AFRICOMM 2017. They should be in English, following the SPRINGER formatting guidelines (see Initial Submission).

Indexing: EAI conferences are indexed in EI, Scopus, ISI Thomson's Scientific, Crossref, DBLP, Google Scholar, and many more.

All accepted papers will be sent for publishing in Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library.

Authors of selected accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work into the following journal:
