Scope

The conference focuses on applying machine learning algorithms in communication systems, in order to improve the quality of service and make the systems smart, intelligent, and efficient.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your papers to MLICOM 2018. They should be in English, following the SPRINGER formatting guidelines (see Initial Submission). 

Publishing

All accepted papers will be published by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library.

Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: DBLP, Google Scholar, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, EI Elsevier Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus, as well as ICST's own EU Digital Library (EUDL).

Authors of selected best accepted, registered, and presented papers will be invited to submit an extended version to: Special issue in Mobile Networks and Applications (MONET).

Best Paper Award

The program committee will select three (3) of the accepted papers as the “MLICOM 2018 Best papers”. The winner(s) will be announced during the conference
