NAFIPS’2014

NAFIPS will be in Boston on June 24-26, 2014, as part of the general conference on Cybernetics. The conference is run similarly to what we used to have: first, an author submits a short abstract, and then, after acceptance and possibly remarks on improvement, the whole paper. The deadline for abstracts has been extended to January 31, for full papers to March 1.

Instructions are given at http://21stcenturywiener.org/call-for-papers-instructions-to-authors-and-students/

William Melek, President-Elect of NAFIPS, is the main NAFIPS representative in the organizing committee.

The conference main website http://21stcenturywiener.org/  is somewhat confusing for fuzzy folks, so we plan to set up our own interface, to make it clearer for fuzzy researchers.

If you want to organize a special session, please send your proposals to me and William.

P.S. I am currently attending a conference in Colombia, my email connection is limited (e.g., a few minutes ago, lights went out and for some reason, I cannot access Wiener conference website), please contact William (copy to me) if you have any questions, I will be back next week.
