MILCOM 2014 Announcement 

Additional Program and Key Unclassified Technical Program Date Extensions 

ITAR-or FOUO-Restricted Program

MILCOM 2014 is pleased to announce the addition of an ITAR- or FOUO-Restricted Program to run concurrently with the existing unclassified technical program from October 6-8 at the Baltimore Convention Center. The ITAR-or FOUO-Restricted program, hosted by Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, although not classified, is open to all Department of Defense personnel and U.S. DoD contractors that can be vetted via the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). This program will include technical papers, panels and tutorials discussing current and emerging topics applicable to all facets of military communications.

Technical Papers 

– Draft papers due:  May 26, 2014

– Paper acceptance notification:  June 27, 2014

– Final papers due:  August 4, 2014

– Presentations due:  September 15, 2014

Tutorials and Panels 

– Proposals due: June 2, 2014

– Acceptance notification: July 7, 2014

– Abstracts and Draft Papers due: May 19, 2014 (FINAL EXTENSION)

– Paper acceptance notification:  July 28, 2014

– Final papers due: August 25, 2014

– Acceptance notification: May 23, 2014

– Materials Due: August 15, 2014
