CALL FOR PAPERS
ABOUT IEEE LATINCOM 2014
The 6th Latin-American Conference on Communications (IEEE LATINCOM 2014) will be held in Cartagena, Colombia on 5-7 November 2014. The IEEE LATINCOM is the premier ComSoc organized in Latin America. It has attracted authors and attendees for the four corners of the world in its past edition. Selected papers will be published in the IEEE Latin America Transactions, an ISI indexed journal, and best paper award will be is given after careful selection.
Cartagena de Indias is one of the most beautiful treasures from the Caribbean. A city in which three natures live together: the old Spanish colonial city, full of history of pirates, gold, inquisition and the fight for freedom; the new modern city, full of high rise constructions, boutique hotels, local and international gastronomy and a growing economy; and an ecological paradise with gorgeous beaches, scuba diving in coral reefs and natural parks. It is one of the favorite destinations for world-class
events.
