The 6th FTRA International Conference on Computer Science and its Applications (CSA-14) will be held in Guam, USA, Dec. 17 – 19, 2014.
CSA-14 will be the most comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in computer science and its applications. CSA-14 will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of CSA.
In addition, the conference will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories and practical applications in CSA. Furthermore, we expect that the conference and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject.
CSA-14 is the next event in a series of highly successful International Conference on Computer Science and its Applications, previously held as CSA-13 (5th Edition: Danang, Vietnam, December, 2013), CSA-12 (4th Edition: Jeju, Korea, November, 2012), CSA-11 (3rd Edition: Jeju, Korea, December, 2011), CSA-09 (2nd Edition: Jeju, Korea, December, 2009), and CSA-08 (1st Edition: Australia, October, 2008).

Recently, people have been paying more attention to care their health status. Patients’ frequent visit to hospitals for regularly medical examination and consultation is inevitable. With the development of wearable and mobile healthcare technologies, healthcare cost and burden of frequent and inconvenient visits to the clinic can be alleviated and the quality of people’s life can be enriched.
Wellness technology is currently one of the hottest research topics in the area of smart and mobile device based new healthcare system focusing on the integration and cooperation of two fundamental disciplines (Information & Communication Technologies and Medical Sciences) that have a great impact on the current society. Continuous health status monitoring of individual’s physiological state and activity patterns, tracking of individual’s health-related activities, smart management of medical records and care professionals activities are just some examples of system features.
This conference provides an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss recent progress in the area of wellness service including models and systems, new directions, novel technologies and applications associated with the utilization and acceptance of with smart healthcare systems that would help users to strengthen their health promotion.

Abstract
Digital Forensics and Information Security (DFIS) are key elements for the next generation communication and networking environments where all applications and services are focused on users. In addition, the DFIS has emerged rapidly an exciting new paradigm to provide reliable and comfortable life services. Furthermore, the benefits of DFIS will only be realized if security issues can be appropriately addressed. Specially, forensics for DFIS is very important in the security fields. This workshop is intended to foster state-of-the-art research Digital Forensics and Information Security in the area of DFIS including information and communication technologies, law, social sciences and business administration.
The DFIS-14 is the next event in a series of the International Symposium on Digital Forensics and Information Security (DFIS-13, Gwangju, Korea), DFIS-12 (Vancouver, Canada) and the International Workshop on Forensics for Future Generation Communication environments : F2GC-11 (Loutraki, Greece), F2GC-10 (Cebu, Philippines), F2GC-09 (Jeju , Korea), F2GC-08 (Sanya, China), F2GC-09 (Jeju , Korea).
