   i have one paper of actual research i need to publish in a scopus indexed journal urgently can you do that without confrence.

     No, you need to find and select a Congress or a journal. If you select a Conference (i.e. a congress) you need to present your paper on site. The only way to publish without traveling is to select a Journal. The counterside is that you will spend more time waiting to the aproval, and usually it is harder to get the publication accepted.
