ICBSII 2019 is an opportunity for medical engineering professionals from around the world who are involved in the field of healthcare to submit their original research papers which have not been submitted elsewhere in other conference/journals. All selected papers presented in the conference will be published in Springer Lecture Notes "Medical System Design and Data Processing" *.
