Scope
Nowadays, Cloud is not only used in computing applications, but also in our daily life activities in an intelligent way for health, traffic, and even farming systems. Cloud enabled with IoT features is expected to communicate with cellular networks smoothly in the next generation networks (5G and beyond). This will open the door for another exciting research area. In this book, we consider significant research topics in this domain. We address major issues and challenges in IoT-based solutions/trends proposed for the Cloud.

Topics

  • Cloud Computing Applications
  • Architectures and Technologies
  • Data Routing and Scheduling in Cloud-based IoT
  • Security in Cloud-based IoT
  • Blockchain in Cloud-based IoT
  • 5G in Cloud-based IoT
  • Energy Monitoring in Cloud-based IoT
  • Energy Prediction in Cloud-based IoT
  • City Structure Monitoring in Cloud-based IoT
  • Smart applications in Cloud-based IoT
  • Simulations and Modeling
  • Computational economics and the bitcoin
  • Computational statistics
  • Fuzzy logic and Emerging applications in Smart IoT/Cloud paradigms.
