Call for Papers – Special track

Intelligence and Creativity in Healthcare, Wellbeing and Aging
Globally, healthcare, wellbeing and ageing together have become one of the main challenges in the current society.
This track is entirely in line with the ArtsIT & DLI conferences exploration concerning the future of design research and design education. Beyond merely focusing on the speed of calculation, the smartness of machines, and the seamless connection between humans and machines, what is the implication of such intelligence to us?
The track concerns the health implications in the current and near-future society (e.g. contamination, food, water, resources, unbalanced economy, virtual community, AI symbiotic society). When culture and humankind face a deadly health threat, such as the recent Novel Coronavirus, can we have a better way to engage with such ‘intelligence’? What would be a ‘plan B’. Call for WOrk in Progress Papers
|
This submission is appropriate for late breaking work and work in progress. Late breaking work is current work that is very new. Work-in-progress is emerging work that has not been fully realised or developed, where empirical data may not yet be available, or that has not yet reached a level of maturity expected for other types of submissions.
Submissions should include the author(s) name and affiliation – in other words, they are not blind.
