organizes its Spring Meeting 2021 with a series of e-lectures by world-renowned CVML experts (by Zoom).

The first lecture: Prof. Anna Vilanova (Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands):

“Visual Analytics for Biomedical Applications”.

Prof. Anna Vilanova is full professor in Visual Analytics at TU/e. She will present the state-of-the-art in scientific visualization in this Big Data AI era.

This field is indispensable to come to a much better exploitation of the data, but above all in understanding the contextual complexity.

Prof. Vilanova has been pioneering this field, with substantial contributions.
