Workshop on Building Interpretable AI for Digital Pathology

IBM Research Zurich and HES-SO Valais are organizing a half-day workshop at the Applied Machine Learning Days (AMLD) EPFL on the topic of "Building Interpretable AI for Digital Pathology".
The workshop, scheduled for April 27th from 9:00 am to 12:00 am will focus on:
– AI for Digital Pathology
– Post-hoc interpretability methods: feature attribution with Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping (Grad-CAM) and concept attribution with Regression Concept Vectors (RCVs)
– Graph-based interpretability
By short talks and two hours of hands on sessions, this workshop gives an overview of the approaches to interpret automated decision making in the context of pathology images.
Bests,
