Call for Papers – Special Issue entitled “Human Activity Recognition Using Deep Learning”

The open access journal Sensors (ISSN 1424-8220, IF 3.275) is pleased to announce a new Special Issue entitled “Human Activity Recognition Using Deep Learning”.
This Sensors Special Issue aims to bring novel solutions to human activity recognition (HAR) through explainable techniques applied to deep learning models in order not only to classify the action scene, but also to give context understanding. We believe the introduction of transparency and explainability will increase the trust and accountability of a HAR system.
Dr. Ana Rebelo and Dr. Ana Filipa Sequeira are serving as Guest Editors.
The submission deadline is 30 November 2021. For more information on this Special Issue and submission guidelines, please visit the following page: https://www.mdpi.com/journal/sensors/special_issues/human_activity
Sensors CiteScore 2020 is 5.8, increasing from 5.0, which is an increase for three consecutive years. The full information can be checked at https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/130124#tabs=0.
