The 2023 International Conference on Cyber-physical Social Intelligence (ICCSI 2023) is hybrid, where a face-to-face conference will take place on October 20-23, 2023, in charming Xi'an, a historic and scenic city of China. ICCSI 2023 will provide an international forum for academics, researchers and industrial practitioners to discuss new advances, developments and challenges in human and machine intelligence for cyber-physical social systems that bridge cyber space, physical space, and social space.

ICCSI 2023 invites special session proposals, tutorial/workshop proposals, regular papers, work-inprogress and industry papers related to the topics of the conference.
