the IEEE-copyrighted submissions for the International Conference on Localization and GNSS, ICL-GNSS 2023,
are now in review (and soon notified on acceptance or rejection).
However, the interleaved workshop WIPHAL: Work-in-Progress in Hardware and Software for Location Computation
(the Industrial/Work-in-Progress track of ICL-GNSS) is still accepting submissions for a while.
The papers accepted to the workshop will be submitted for publication to the CEUR-WS.org, an open-access
repository indexed by Scopus, Ei Compendex and DBLP. For those proceedings, minimum 5-page single-column
format will be used. For the format, see https://events.tuni.fi/icl-gnss2023/. All papers submitted to ICL-GNSS
and WIPHAL will undergo a similar peer review based on the full-length paper. The workshop papers can address
any topic within the scope of ICL-GNSS, including the special sessions. You can submit your paper at
https://www.conftool.pro/icl-gnss2023/.
The submission hard deadline for uploading of the full paper is April 11, 2023. To have a smooth review process,
please submit the title, abstract and authors list ASAP, even if you will upload the paper closer to the deadline.
The workshop paper acceptance/rejection is planned to be notified on April 25, and the final revised version
upload for publication will take place by May 15.
ICL-GNSS and its WIPHAL workshop will be organized in the beautiful city or Castellon, Spain (near Valencia),
on June 6-8, 2023.
We also have opportunities for your company/organization to become a sponsor or to exhibit in the event.

Jari Nurmi and Joaquin Huerta
