It makes me wonder if you maybe plan to run tutorials during IHTC
2023? I might be interested in proposing a tutorial session & practical
demo (if feasible) related to non-profit amateur (ham) radio
communications in emergency situations.

Secondly, having in mind that I am retired and the only sponsor of my
conference & educational travels, I would be also interested in giving a
couple of additional lectures/seminars at Colombian universities and/or
technical schools, if they are willingly to host and co-sponsor my local
costs. Feel free to disseminate my proposal among your academic contacts
there.
