Dear Dr. De Luise,
We contacted you on 26th of August, regarding a Special Issue entitled “Advances in Fuzzy Intelligence and Non-Classical Logical Computing”, to be published in the journal Mathematics (ISSN 2227-7390, IF 2.2). Prof. Yu-Bin Zhong and Dr. Yi Xiang are serving as Guest Editors for this issue. Based on your expertise in this field, we think you could make an excellent contribution.
This Special Issue, jointly supported by the Operations Research Society of China (Fuzzy Information and Engineering Branch), the Artificial Intelligence Foundation Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and the Non-Classical Logic and Computation Committee of the Chinese Association of Logic, aims to promote the latest theoretical and methodological advances at the intersection of fuzzy systems, non-classical logics, and artificial intelligence foundations.

The submission deadline is 31 March 2026. You may send your manuscript now or up until the deadline. Submitted papers should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We also encourage authors to send a short abstract or tentative title to the Editorial Office in advance (mathematics@mdpi.com).
Please submit your decision on the invitation here.
Mathematics is fully open access. Open access (unlimited and free access by readers) increases publicity and promotes more frequent citations, as indicated by several studies. Open access is supported by the authors and their institutes. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of 2600 CHF currently applies to all papers accepted after peer review. You may be entitled to a discount if you have previously received a discount code from MDPI or if your institution is a participating member in MDPI’s Institutional Open Access Program (IOAP). For more information, please visit: http://www.mdpi.com/about/ioap.
For further details on the submission process, please see the instructions for authors at the journal website (http://www.mdpi.com/journal/mathematics/instructions).
MDPI offers professional article preparation services (language and figure editing) completed in just 1 day: https://www.mdpi.com/authors/english.
We also invite you to post an early version of your paper on our free preprint platform, Preprints, allowing you to receive feedback from your peers and make your early results citable. For more information or to submit your preprint, visit https://www.preprints.org/about#works.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Helene Hu Special Issue Editor
