The 2026 International Conference on Localization and GNSS (ICL-GNSS) will be held in Rome, Italy on
October 6-8, 2026, co-located with the IPIN 2026 conference. More on ICL-GNSS at ICL-GNSS 2026 pages.
The deadline for IEEE-copyrighted full paper submissions is on April 26, 2026. In addition to the regular topics,
we have three special sessions this year:
-
Artificial Intelligence for GNSS Technologies, Processing, and Applications
-
Evolution and Impact of Modern GNSS Services
-
LEO-PNT opportunities and challenges
Special Session papers will undergo similar reviews as any other papers submitted to the conference. You can
submit your papers, regular or special, at https://www.conftool.pro/icl-gnss2026.
In addition to the IEEE-copyrighted papers, we have our traditional co-located WIPHAL workshop, with open-access
proceedings at CEUR-WS and a later deadline, as it is primarily targeted to work-in-progress and industrial papers.
WIPHAL papers will also undergo similar reviews as the regular ICL-GNSS papers. And then, there is the co-located
IPIN conference on indoor positioning and indoor navigation. We are also calling for exhibitors and sponsors jointly
for the partnering IPIN and ICL-GNSS conferences, see https://events.tuni.fi/icl-gnss/sponsorship/.
Looking forward to your submissions and all kinds of contributions to ICL-GNSS and IPIN, see you in Rome!
