We welcome original contributions across the full spectrum of Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering. Tracks are aligned with major IEEE Societies, including:

• Power & Energy Society (PES): Renewable energy integration, smart grids, microgrids, and energy storage.

• Robotics and Automation Society (RAS): Soft robotics, swarm robotics, and AI in dynamic environments.

• Industry Applications Society (IAS): Industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and green manufacturing.

• Communications Society (COMSOC): 5G/6G, IoT, edge computing, and satellite networks.

• Computer Society (CS): Cloud architectures, AI for cybersecurity, and big data analytics.

• Other Tracks: Engineering in Medicine and Biology (EMBS), Electron Devices (EDS), Education (EdSoc), and Circuits and Systems (CAS).

📝 Submission Guidelines

• Originality: Submissions must be original and not simultaneously under review elsewhere.

• Language: Papers must be written and published in English. (Note: Oral presentations at the event may be delivered in either English or Spanish) .

• Format & Length: Full papers must be in PDF format adhering to the standard IEEE Conference template. Standard papers are 4 to 6 pages. Up to 2 extra pages can be purchased at $100 per page (maximum 8 pages total).

• Indexing: Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE CONCAPAN 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore and Scopus.
