We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the XXIX IEEE Region 9 Student Branch Regional Meeting — SBRM 2026!

From October 29 to 31, 2026, Guadalajara, Mexico, will welcome IEEE student leaders, volunteers, and members from across Latin America and the Caribbean for one of the Region’s most important student leadership gatherings.

SBRM 2026 is an opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills, exchange successful practices, build meaningful connections, and expand your IEEE network through a dynamic program featuring keynote lectures, technical workshops, industrial visits, the Nation Fair and Gift Exchange, and the traditional Gala Dinner.

Early Bird registration is available until August 15, 2026. Registration includes four days and three nights of accommodation, selected meals, transportation between event venues, participation materials, access to the academic program, industrial visits, networking activities, and the Gala Dinner.
