On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to invite you participate in the 2021 The 4th International Conference on Image and Graphics Processing to be held during January 1-3, 2021.

The first three editions of the conference took place in Hong Kong in 2018, in Singapore in 2019 and 2020, and each was a success. This year, ICIGP offers a rich program, including keynotes speeches, peer-reviewed paper presentations, panel discussion, etc. We are accepting paper submissions, poster presentation submissions, and listener registrations.
