Qualified Authors can organize Special Issue for a WSEAS Journal.
In this case, we must have except of their brief biography (CV / Academc URL)
the following:
* Title of the Special Issue
* Name, affiliation, mailing address and e-mail address(es) of the proposer(s)
* Aim of the Special Issue (not exceeding 80 words)
* Topics of the Special Issue
The Proposers can follow as template the previously accepted special issues here

Each proposal of a new Special Issue is reviewed by the Regular Editors of the Journals
and can be accepted, rejected or accepted after revision
The Proposers/Organizers will be the (Guest) Editors in their Special Issues.
We will provide them some mailing lists to promote their own call-for-papers.
Possible inclusion of the Special Session Organizer in the Editorial Board of this
Journal or of another Journal (according his CV).
