Furthermore, we would like to inform that the event will be of hybrid nature, in the sense that online presentations of accepted papers will be possible for those authors that are unable to travel to the venue.

Paper submissions in the following topic areas are welcome:

• Theory and Methods
• Applications

All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings and indexed in:

SCOPUS
Google Scholar
The DBLP Computer Science Bibliography
Semantic Scholar
Engineering Index
Web of Science / Conference Proceedings Citation Index

A short list of presented papers will be selected so that revised and extended versions of these papers will be published by Springer in a LNCS Series book.

A short list of best papers will be invited for a post-conference special issue of the Springer Nature Computer Science Journal.

All papers presented at the conference venue will also be available at the SCITEPRESS Digital Library.

Finally, it is important to note that the technical program of this international conference may include special sessions, workshops, tutorials and will count on contributions from remarkable distinguished speakers, such as:
