Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development

(CSR 2026)

June 8-9, 2026

Manila, Philippines

INTRODUCTION

The global pursuit of sustainable development has entered a decisive decade. Accelerating climate risks, social inequalities, governance failures, and technological disruption are reshaping expectations from businesses, governments, and institutions worldwide. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices have therefore evolved from voluntary initiatives into strategic imperatives for resilience, accountability, and long-term value creation.

Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and emerging global ESG reporting and disclosure standards (such as integrated sustainability and non-financial reporting), the 9th International Conference on CSR and Sustainable Development 2026 provides a high-level interdisciplinary platform for advancing research, policy dialogue, and practice-oriented solutions. The conference recognizes sustainability as a multidimensional challenge—requiring collaboration across business, policy, technology, and society—particularly within emerging and developing economies.

Building on the success of its previous editions, the 2026 conference in Manila, Philippines brings together academicians, researchers, policymakers, corporate leaders, NGOs, and sustainability professionals from across the globe. The conference focuses on evidence-based research, innovative frameworks, and real-world applications that integrate ESG principles into organizational strategy, governance, operations, and stakeholder engagement.

With increasing regulatory scrutiny, investor expectations, and stakeholder demand for transparency, the conference emphasizes the role of robust sustainability reporting, ethical governance, climate action, social inclusion, and responsible innovation. By fostering scholarly exchange and practitioner dialogue, CSR 2026 aims to contribute to globally relevant and locally actionable sustainability outcomes.
