The world conference “Intelligent systems for industrial automation-WCIS” is held every two years. The main goal of the scientific conference is to organize fruitful meetings and discussion of popular scientific and technical problems of implementing intelligent systems for industrial automation in the context of the industrial revolution “Industry 4.0”, which connects the physical and digital world of cyber-physical systems, the Internet of things (IoT), and cloud technologies for the entire life cycle of new equipment and technologies being created.
11th Scientific Conference “WCIS-2020” will be held on November 26-28, 2020 in Tashkent, a city with a rich history. The sections will focus on the development of fuzzy logic, linguistic variables, artificial neural networks, genetic and evolutionary algorithms, neuro-computing, soft computing, chaos theory, and hybrid control systems.
Papers for WCIS-2020 are solicited in areas, including, but not limited to: 1. Integrated computer-aided industrial systems; 2. Expert systems; 3. Intelligent computer-aided design; 4. AIMS:
LATA is a conference series on theoretical computer science and its applications. LATA 2020 & 2021 will reserve significant room for young scholars at the beginning of their career. It will aim at attracting contributions from classical theory fields as well as application areas.
LATA 2020 & 2021 will merge the scheduled program for LATA 2020, which could not take place because of the Covid-19 crisis, with a new series of papers submitted on this occasion.

SUBMISSIONS:
Authors are invited to submit non-anonymized papers in English presenting original and unpublished research. Papers should not exceed 12 single-spaced pages (all included) and should be prepared according to the standard format for Springer Verlag's LNCS series (see http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0). If necessary, exceptionally authors are allowed to provide missing proofs in a clearly marked appendix.

PUBLICATIONS:
A volume of proceedings published by Springer in the LNCS series will be available by the time of the conference.
A special issue of Information and Computation (Elsevier, 2019 JCR impact factor: 0.872) will be later published containing peer-reviewed substantially extended versions of some of the papers contributed to the conference. Submissions to it will be by invitation.

SCITEPRESS is a member of CrossRef (http://www.crossref.org/) and every paper is given a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), and is indexed by Scopus. Moreover, the best papers accepted at I-WANDER 2021 will be selected to submit an extended version of their work at the Special Issue “Cloud-Based Biometrics for Smart Cities” of the international journal MDPI Smart Cities (ISSN 2624-6511), that will be fully indexed in Scopus starting from next year (2021). Invited works will also have a total or partial discount on the APC, for open access publication.
