COVID-19 Update:

·         IEEE SSCI 2020 will be running as a virtual event (fully-online)

·         Unfortunately, the information required to update the event’s registration fees, and COVID-19 circumstances that many authors are faced with necessitated a revisit of the extension decision. We needed to be fair to authors to make the revised registration fees available before submitting their papers and to be fair to authors who are facing some unprecedented events in their life. Consequently, we will extend the deadline one-off with an extra 15 days to the end of day (23:59), 22nd of August (Anywhere on Earth Time Zone).

·         We have reduced the registration fees significantly as per the below table. Please note that we will announce scholarships to students and early career researchers.

AUTHORS’ GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION

 

All papers should be formatted according to single-column CEURART

Style. Please, use sample archive from here to prepare your paper

(compilation using LaTeX tools is required). Notice, that paper

formatted using LNCS style will not be submitted for publication.

Full papers (10-16 pages) as well as short papers (5-9 pages) are

invited. Papers of different length will not be considered to

undergo the review process.

 

One author can appear in a list of authors in two papers at most.

 

The list of authors of a submitted paper should not contain more

than 5 authors.

 

Self-citation should not exceed 20%.

 

Each paper will be checked for plagiarism using Unicheck

anti-plagiarism system.

 

Publication is free of charge.

 

All papers should be submitted via EasyChair system –

https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ictes2020. Working language

of the conference is English, thus, only paper written in English

can be accepted. All papers will undergo the review process where

at least two reviews for each paper will be provided (blind

peer-review). They will be evaluated according to their relevance

to the workshop topics, scientific contribution, technical level,

practical value, and level of English.

 

ICT&ES-2020 workshop will be held on the basis of Petro Mohyla

Black Sea National University, Mykolaiv, Ukraine. At least one of

the co-authors should present an accepted paper. No-shown papers

will not be included into the final version of proceedings.

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, final policies for

presentation are subject to change to comply with local and foreign

regulations and with CEUR-WS politics.

 

WORKSHOP PROCEEDINGS

 

ICT&ES-2020 workshop proceedings shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org

for online publication.

 

ACCOMMODATION

 

Visitors of the workshop have an option to stay in a comfortable

university hostel with approximate cost 300-350 UAH (10-12 EUR) per

day.
