The aim of the MDAI conference series is to provide a forum to discuss
new results on decision making, information fusion and data integration
and their applications to AI.

In MDAI 2018, we encourage the submission of papers on social networks,
data mining, data science and data privacy.

MDAI 2018 is the 15th MDAI conference. Previous conferences were celebrated in Barcelona (2004), Tsukuba (2005), Tarragona (2006), Kitakyushu (2007), Sabadell (2008), Awaji Island (2009), Perpinya (2010), Changsha (2011), Girona (2012), Barcelona (2013), Tokyo (2014), Skovde (2015), St Julia de Loria (2016), and Kitakyushu (2017).

MDAI is rated as a CORE B conference by the Computing Research and Education Association of Australasia – CORE.

*Submission and Publication*

Original technical contributions are sought. Contributions will be selected on the basis of their quality. Papers should not exceed 12 pages in total (using LNCS/LNAI style). Proceedings with accepted papers will be published in the LNAI/LNCS series (Springer-Verlag) and distributed at the conference, as done in previous MDAI conferences. Besides, papers, that according to the evaluation of the referees, are not suitable for the LNAI but that have some merits will be published in a USB proceedings and scheduled in the MDAI program. Submission directly for the USB is also possible (deadline on June 22nd).

PAPER SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION

WI'18 solicits original work submitted as a regular paper (limited to 8 pages) in ACM 2-column format (https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template). Each paper will be peer-reviewed by at least three PC members on the basis of technical quality, relevance, originality, significance and clarity. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press and indexed by EI. Selected WI'18 papers will be further invited for expansion and publication in Web Intelligence journal and other international journals.

WI'18 solicits proposals for tutorials, workshops, and special sessions on specific topics of interests, which will form an integral part of the conference program. Inquiries and submission of proposals should be addressed to the respective chairs. "Curso de formulación y evaluación de proyectos de 

ciencia, tecnología e innovación", a cargo del Dr. Aldo Calzolari. 

El curso está orientado a que se adquieran conceptos de formulación y evaluación de proyectos de innovación y desarrollo tecnológico, pasando revista a los diversos aspectos que conforman esta actividad.


El curso será dictado los días viernes y sábado: 6 y 7 – 20 y 21 de abril y 4 y 5 de mayo, en la Facultad de Ciencia y Tecnología – UADER (Oro Verde).  

Horario:

Mañana: 9 a 13 hs.
Tarde: 14 a 17 hs.

Costo del curso: $2400 (a pagar en 1 y hasta 3 cuotas, si se inscribe antes del 30/03).

ITS España e ITS Argentina tienen el gusto de presentarles el Curso online sobre Sistemas
Inteligentes de Transporte y Seguridad en Túneles (ver programa adjunto). Se trata de la versión online del Curso introductorio a los principales sistemas ITS y de seguridad en túneles que tuvo lugar el pasado 29 de junio de 2017 en Madrid.

El Curso  estará disponible hasta el 15 de marzo en la plataforma online de ITS España, en la pestaña Documentación de nuestra página web www.itsspain.com.
