The International Conference on the Quality of Information and Communications Technology (QUATIC) is a leading biennial scientific conference that gathers practitioners and researchers from industry and academia to exchange ideas and approaches regarding all quality aspects in ICT systems engineering and management.

The International Journal of Wireless & Mobile Networks (IJWMN) is a bi monthly open access peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles which contribute new results in all areas of Wireless & Mobile Networks. The journal focuses on all technical and practical aspects of Wireless & Mobile Networks. Authors are invited to submit papers for this journal through e-mail ijwmn@airccse.org. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this Journal.

Scope

The conference focuses on applying machine learning algorithms in communication systems, in order to improve the quality of service and make the systems smart, intelligent, and efficient.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your papers to MLICOM 2018. They should be in English, following the SPRINGER formatting guidelines (see Initial Submission). 

Publishing

All accepted papers will be published by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library.

Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: DBLP, Google Scholar, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, EI Elsevier Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus, as well as ICST's own EU Digital Library (EUDL).
