Desde hace más de 16 años los métodos ágiles están cambiando la forma en que concebimos y ejecutamos proyectos de desarrollo de software y otros productos innovadores, además de traer una visión humanizada a los procesos, incluyendo la operación de negocios.
En este taller compartiremos los principios profundos, las prácticas concretas de Scrum, uno de los métodos ágiles más difundidos y recorreremos algunos desafíos de su implementación concreta.
