INTRODUCCION
IEEE CIS Argentina convoca a jóvenes estudiantes y profesionales de latinoamérica interesados en
- Sistemas bioinspirados
- Soft computing
- Inteligencia artificial
- Inteligencia computacional
- Videojuegos
y áreas relacionadas a participar de este evento. La sociendad de Inteligencia computacional del IEEE viene generando el TRIC desde hace 12 años, como mecanimo de estimulación de los jóvenes a trabajar e investigar en el sector de la inteligencia computacional (inteligencia artificial sumada a algoritmos un poco más actuales). Bianualmente los científicos y estudiantes de todas las ingenierías envían papers de investigación de varios países (desde Méjico al sur) y los presentan en las jornadas. Este año la participación es virtual. La idea es incluir Videojuegos dentro del evento (que no es local sino regional en latinoamérica) es justamente el reconocimiento y apoyo al sector como parte de las ingenierías.

1.TRACK Inteligencia Computacional (presentaciones virtuales). (BasesdeConvocatoriaalTRICVI_v5)
*Dura un día, viernes (21 de noviembre)
*Destinatarios: científicos de transferencia, profesionales de la industria, académicos, etc. que estudien y/o apliquen técnicas de Inteligencia Computacional y deseen intercambiar sus experiencias y hallazgos.
*Plazo de envío de trabajos: 21 de octubre via email a daniela_ldl@ieee.org
* Presentación de seleccionados: todos los VJ seleccionados deberán realizar una presentación 10 minutos por reunión virtual. De las presentaciones el domingo 23, 15 hs se anunciará el ganador del track y menciones.

-hay una presentación virtual de papers seleccionados.

NOTA: todos los autores deberán firmar el Copyright form cuando su trabajo se acepte para presentación virtual.
NOTA: todos los trabajos deben cumplir con el formato de las BASES
2.TRACK Code-TRIC (Code-TRIC 0.3 V3)
*CAPACIDAD APROX: 30 personas. Esto durará día sábado y domingo (22 y 23 de noviembre).
*Destinatarios: personas del sector videojuegos que deseen enfrentar el desafío de construir un VJ que sirvan para resolver un problema social.
*Plazo de entrega: el domingo 9 de noviembre por medio de un formulario que se habilitará el 9 de octubre
*<strongentrega: loguearse con su nombre y queda grabado el dispositivo. No hace falta enviar nada
*Presentación de seleccionados: todos los VJ seleccionados deberán realizar una presentación el día 23 de noviembre en horario a designar (10 a 14.30 hs). De las presentaciones el domingo 23, 15 hs se anunciará el ganador del track y menciones.
(Aquellos que vivan lejos de Bs.As. podrán generar un video de hasta 10 minutos presentando su desarrollo y subirlo a youtube. El link deberá llegar al comité organizador a más tardar el sábado 22, 23:00 hs hora local)
*Organizador: Leonel Maguet
*Jurado: integrado por especialistas del área
*Modalidad: deberán desarrollar un video juego que resuelva o colabore a mejorar una problemática social.
-Las actividades serán coordinadas por un grupo de especialistas de DUVAL, del CI2S Lab y de GAMESTER.
-La propuesta ganadora se selecciona para integrar al CI2S Lab y recibe un diploma IEEE CIS y CI2S Lab.
-se publica el ganador en la web bajo el logo de IEEE CIS Argentina y CI2S Lab
-se entregará material de MD del IEEE

El domingo se hará el acto de cierre y entrega de premios con la siguiente estructura

(TEMA: uso de VJ en enfermedades crónicas y terapias de tratamiento autismo, afasias, etc., que es sight, qué es BIOTECH/ARA/HOLOTECH)
-disertación 20′. Tema “mujeres en videojuegos.”
(TEMA: participación y figuración de mujeres en videojuegos. La imagen de la mujer)
-entrega premios TRACK IC.
-entrega premios TRACK Code-TRIC.

Scope of the Conference
========================
The Metaheuristics International Conference (MIC) series was established
in 1995 and this is its 11th edition. MIC is the main event focusing on
the progress of the area of metaheuristics and their applications. As in
previous editions, MIC’2015 will provide an opportunity to the
international research community in metaheuristics to discuss recent
research results, to develop new ideas and collaborations, and to meet
old friends and make new ones in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
MIC’2015 welcomes presentations that cover any aspects of metaheuristic
research such as new algorithmic developments, high-impact applications,
new research challenges, theoretical developments, implementation
issues, and in-depth experimental studies. MIC’2015 strives for a
high-quality program that will be completed by a number of invited
talks, tutorials, workshops and special sessions.
Relevant Research Areas
=======================
MIC’2015 solicits contributions dealing with any aspect of
metaheuristics. Typical, but not exclusive, topics of interest are:
+ Metaheuristic techniques such as tabu search, simulated annealing,
iterated local search, variable neighborhood search, memory-based
optimization, dynamic local search, evolutionary algorithms, memetic
algorithms, ant colony optimization, variable neighborhood search,
particle swarm optimization, scatter search, path relinking, etc.
+ Techniques that enhance the usability and increase the potential
of metaheuristic algorithms such as reactive search mechanisms for
self-tuning, offline metaheuristic algorithm configuration techniques,
algorithm portfolios, parallelization of metaheuristic algorithms, etc.
+ Empirical and theoretical research in metaheuristics including
large-scale experimental analyses, algorithm comparisons, new
experimental methodologies, engineering methodologies for metaheuristic
algorithms, search space analysis, theoretical insights into properties
of metaheuristic algorithms, etc.
+ High-impact applications of metaheuristics in fields such as
bioinformatics, electrical and mechanical engineering,
telecommunications, sustainability, business, scheduling and
timetabling. Particularly welcome are innovative applications of
metaheuristic algorithms that have a potential of pushing research
frontiers.
+ Contributions on the combination of metaheuristic techniques with
those from other areas, such as integer programming, constraint
programming, machine learning, etc.
+ Challenging applications areas such as continuous, mixed
discrete-continuous, multi-objective, stochastic, or dynamic problems.

Submission Details
===================
We will accept submissions in three different formats.
S1) Original research contributions for publication in the conference
proceedings of a maximum of 10 pages
S2) Extended abstracts of work-in-progress and position papers on an
important research aspect of a maximum of 3 pages
S3) High-quality manuscripts that have recently, within the last year,
been submitted or accepted for journal publication
Accepted contributions of categories S1 and S2 will be published in the
MIC’2015 conference proceedings. Accepted contributions of category S3
will be orally presented at the conference, but not be included into the
conference proceedings.

Proceedings and publication
=========================
Accepted papers in categories S1 and S2 will be published in the
proceedings that will be available at the conference. In addition, a
post-conference special issue of an appropriate journal (confirmation
pending) and book (Operations Research / Computer Science Interfaces
series of Springer Verlag) is planned to be published. Participants will
be invited to submit extended versions of their work for consideration.
Best Paper Award
=================
A best paper award will be presented at the conference. Only papers
submitted in category S1 will be eligible for the best paper award.

The conference will be held in Agadir, Morocco. Agadir is the top
tourist destination in Marocco in the border of the ocean.
