We would like to cordially invite you to participate in Joint 7th International Conference on Soft Computing and Intelligent Systems and 15th International Symposium on Advanced Intelligent Systems, SCIS & ISIS 2014, to be held in Kitakyushu, Japan on December 3-6, 2014. SCIS & ISIS 2014 is the flagship international conference of Soft Computing in Asia, that attracts several hundred participants all over the world. PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors should prepare papers in A4 paper format with IEEE style including
results, figures and references. Any paper must be chosen one of the paper
styles, full or short paper, and one of the presenntation styles, oral or
poster.
Full paper
Authors should prepare full papers of four (4) to six (6) pages (maybe
extended up to eight (8) pages but subject to an additional fee) in IEEE
style including results, figures, and references. All full papers should
be submitted online. Full papers will be rigorously and competitively
peer reviewed. All accepted full papers will be published in the conference
proceedings and archived in IEEE Xplore. Paper awards will be prized to
outstanding full papers. In addition, revised and extended versions of
selected papers will be invited to post-conference publication such as
special issues of quality journals. Full papers may be asked to reduce
their length to be short papers when necessary (that means accepted as
a short papaer).
Short paper
Authors are invited to prepare short papers of two (2) to four (4) pages
in IEEE style including results, figures, and references. All short papers
should be submitted online. Short papers will be peer reviewed in
a comprehensive manner. All accepted short papers will be published
in the conference proceedings.
Presentation style
All accepted papers (full and short) will be invited to the conference
presentations. Authors may request their preference from the following:
* Oral presentation (available for full papers only).
* Poster presentation (available for both full and short papers).
All authors in an organized session should request the same option in
consultation with the organizer(s). While the program committee will
try their best to respect all the requests, please be aware that not all
can necessarily be accommodated due to various constraints for the conference
program development. Presentation awards will be prized to outstanding
presentations.

The 13th International Symposium on Pervasive Systems, Algorithms, and Networks (I-SPAN 2014) is an interesting and engaging forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners from across the globe to exchange ideas and research results related to the design, use, analysis, and application of pervasive computing systems, parallel and distributed architectures, algorithms, networks, and internet technologies.

On the occasion of the EURO Mini-conference on Optimization in the
Natural Sciences (EURO-mini 2014), Aveiro, Portugal, February 5-9,
2014, Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science
invites submissions of papers to a Forthcoming Proceedings volume.
Submissions may address a wide range of Optimization methods including
o Applications of modeling and Optimization in Physics, Biology,

after the submission.
The guest editors and the referees will do their best to provide a
first report in 16 weeks.

Instructions for the authors
CCIS is published, in parallel to the printed books, in full-text
electronic form via our internet platform http://link.springer.com. We
therefore need all the electronic files, most importantly the source
files, of all parts of the manuscript (including front matter pages)
as advised in the instructions. We enter into the source files to
smooth out any formatting or capitalization discrepancies and to
insert running heads, page numbers and a reference line at the bottom
of the first page of every paper. We also require a final pdf of each
paper created and checked by the authors. Authors are advised not to
shorten the references and to put DOIs wherever possible, as this
would allow for correct citation attribution. Once data processing has
been finished, we shall contact the corresponding authors and ask them
to check their papers. Hence, we will need from you, roughly at the
time when you send us the files, a list containing all the
corresponding authors’ email addresses which we could use for
contacting the authors.
Springer has developed LaTeX style files and Word templates to help
you prepare your paper. LaTeX is the preferred format (especially for
texts containing several formulae), but Word templates are also
available.

Introduction
====================
Information technology issue is emerging rapidly as an exciting new paradigm
with user-centric environment to provide computing and communication services.
In order to realize IT advantages, it requires integrating security and data management
to be suitable for future computing environments. However, there are still many
problems and major challenges waiting for us to solve such as the security risks
in resource sharing, which could be occurred when data resources are connected and
accessed by anyone. Therefore, it will be needed to explore more secure and
trust and intelligent data management mechanism.
The STA 2014 addresses the various theories and practical applications of secure and
trust computing and data management in future environments. It will present important
results of significant value to solve the application services and various problems

There will be a combination of presentations including scientific papers. Prospective authors are invited, in the first instance, to submit papers for oral presentations in any of the areas of interest for this conference. Authors should submit a paper with 5~6 pages at both two types in length, including all figures, tables, and references. If you want to submit more than page limitation, you can add up to 2 extra pages with the appropriate fee payment.
Papers must strictly adhere to page limits as follows.
-Regular Paper: 6 pages (Max 2 extra pages allowed at additional cost : by 8 pages)
Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review.
