IEEE NorCAS 2023 extended DL 31.8.

Dear colleagues,

The IEEE NorCAS submission deadline for all papers is extended to August 31, 2023. We recommend

to submit the title, authors and abstract as soon as possible, while the full paper upload can be done until

the submission deadline. The papers shall be submitted via the https://www.conftool.pro/norcas2023/

submission site.

The 2023 IEEE Nordic Circuits and Systems Conference (NorCAS) will take place in Aalborg, Denmark on

October 31 – November 1, 2023. The conference is co-sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society

and Tampere University, and the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the

IEEE Xplore database.

In addition to the regular tracks of Analog, Digital, and System-on-Chip papers, we have this year

Special Sessions on:

  • Approximate Computing Circuits and Systems
  • Circuits and Systems in AI and Neuromorphic Computing
  • Digital Design and Verification using Chisel
  • Materials and Devices for Future Circuits and Systems

Special Session papers will undergo similar reviews as any other papers submitted to the

conference, and presented papers will also be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore database.

We will also host half-day tutorials at 13-17 on Monday October 30, on the following topics:

  • Design of Integrated Power Amplifiers for Mobile Communication Systems
  • Network on Chip (NoC)-based Deep Neural Network Design Framework: From Algorithms to Architectures
  • Advanced Topics in 5G Networks Across Industry and Cross border Corridors

For more details on IEEE NorCAS 2023, see https://events.tuni.fi/norcas2023. Participant registration to

the event is already open, a link for that is provided on the website.
