Considering sincere requests from many researchers, we are pleased to announce that the Digest Submission Deadline for COBEP/SPEC 2023 has been officially extended one more time to 23 June. Make sure to submit your paper before the deadline for a chance to present at COBEP/SPEC 2023. Prospective authors are requested to prepare a digest that does not exceed five (5) pages. Please be sure to use the provided template when preparing your digest. The digest should be written in English and include critical equations, figures, tables, and appropriate references. It is essential to ensure that the references also fit within the page limit. To maintain an unbiased review process, please do not include author names or affiliations in the submitted digests. Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in rejection without review.

In your digest, please clearly state the objectives of your work, emphasize its significance in advancing the state of the art, and provide sufficient detail on the methods and specific results. All digests will undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure confidentiality and fairness. Please note that the papers presented at the conference may be included in the prestigious IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Authors will have the flexibility to choose between submitting the full version of their paper for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library or submitting a final abstract that will not be published in the library. Full-version papers and final abstracts must follow the IEEE conference paper template with no more than 8 and 4 pages, respectively. Full-version papers exceeding 8 pages and final abstracts exceeding 4 pages will be returned.
