Exceptionally, we accept regular paper submissions until the deadline defined for position papers.

 

Furthermore, we would like to inform that the event will be of hybrid nature, in the sense that online presentations of accepted papers will be possible for those authors that are unable to travel to the venue.

What is a position paper?
A position paper presents an arguable opinion about an issue. The goal of a position paper is to convince the audience that your opinion is valid and worth listening to, without the need to present completed research work and/or validated results.

Desde el lunes 4 hasta el viernes 8 de Septiembre se realizarán las
52 Jornadas Argentinas de Informática (JAIIO)

 en la Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero (Sede de Posgrado) en
forma presencial.

Las Jornadas Argentinas de Informática (JAIIO) se realizan desde
1961, organizadas por la Sociedad Argentina de Informática (SADIO)

. En estas jornadas se reúnen investigadores, estudiantes y
profesionales provenientes de la academia, la industria y el
gobierno, tanto argentinos como extranjeros, con el objetivo de
extender el conocimiento de la disciplina informática, estimular los
vínculos y promover la enseñanza, la investigación y las
aplicaciones en esta disciplina.

Las JAIIOs se organizan como un conjunto de simposios, de uno o dos
días de duración, cada uno dedicado a un tema específico.

Invitamos a todas las Universidades a participar y solicitamos
especialmente su colaboración en la difusión a su comunidad.

 A diferencia de años anteriores, en esta edición se deberá enviar
un resumen del trabajo hasta el 24 de Abril, y luego el trabajo (en el
formato que solicite el simposio elegido) hasta el 1 de Mayo.
Versiones extendidas de los trabajos más destacables de cada
simposio serán publicadas en el Electronic Journal of SADIO

Conference Introduction
The Irish Machine Vision and Image Processing (IMVIP) is the annual research conference of the Irish Pattern Recognition and Classification Society. The chief objective of the society is the advancement of research and study of pattern recognition, classification and associated fields and the applications of the outcomes of research. IPRCS is a member of the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR) and the International Federation of Classification Societies.

Deadline extension Symposium on 3D Object Retrieval

we wish to inform you that the deadline for submitting contributions to the Symposium on 3D Object Retrieval 2023 (3DOR’23) has been extended by two weeks.

Accordingly, this is the new timeline for full paper submission:

April 11th, 2023 Submission for full SHREC tracks and full symposium papers
May 5th, 2023, First stage of reviews complete, decision of conditional acceptance or rejection
May 30th 2023 First revision due
June 20th, 2023 Second stage of reviews complete, decision of conditional acceptance or rejection
June 30th, 2023. Final version submission
July 5th, 2023 Final decision of acceptance or rejection
August 31th, 2023. Publication online in journal

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research and application papers addressing all areas of 3D/4D Object Retrieval. State-of-the-art papers on specific topics of interest are particularly welcome. Submissions are invited in the form of full papers and short papers. Full papers will be peer-reviewed by a two-stage review process, and published as a special section of the Computers & Graphics Journal (Elsevier). Short papers will follow a one-stage review process and will appear in the Eurographics Digital Library.
