WHAT IS LaCATODA?
A multidisciplinary workshop for researchers who develop dialog agents and methods for achieving more natural machine-generated conversation or study problems of human communication which are difficult to mimic algorithmically. We are interested in original papers on systems and ideas for systems that use common sense knowledge and reasoning, affective computing, cognitive methods, learning from broad sets of data and acquiring knowledge, or language and user preferences.

Mañana Miércoles 29 de Junio de 2022 a las 18 hs se llevará a cabo la última charla del Ciclo de Charlas «GovTech, oportunidades y desafíos 4.0 para el desarrollo de ciudades inteligentes», sobre el tema «El desarrollo de ciudades inteligentes sostenibles – concepto, gobernanza e iniciativas» cuya expositora es Elsa Estevez (UNS, UNLP, CONICET).
Modera: Sandra D´Agostino (Subdirectora General de Sistemas y Telecomunicaciones AFIP – UNLP).
Resumen: Esta charla introduce el concepto de ciudad inteligente sostenible y una visión para el proceso de desarrollo, explica los distintos tipos de gobernanza que se requieren y presenta ejemplo de iniciativas.
Bio: Titular de la Cátedra UNESCO en Sociedades del Conocimiento y Gobernanza Digital, en la Universidad Nacional del Sur, Profesora Titular de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata e Investigadora Independiente del CONICET.
