Curso virtual “Teletrabajo: Guía de Implementación y Recomendaciones de Seguridad Informática”

Descripción: Considerando los conceptos de la Seguridad Informática que deben incluirse como componentes básicos en los entornos de trabajo virtual, este curso propone capacitar a los asistentes acerca de cómo implementar ambientes tecnológicos seguros para el teletrabajador.
 
Fundamentos: En los tiempos que estamos viviendo, en el que se reconvirtió la actividad laboral de “presencial” a “virtual”, el teletrabajo o home office ha planteado desafíos importantes a la seguridad informática, que deben atenderse desde varios enfoques: lo tecnológico, lo comunicativo, y el espacio ético-social correspondiente. A partir de modelos probados sobre entornos de trabajo virtual, se analiza aquí la Seguridad Informática Hogareña, como elemento externo a la infraestructura tecnológica de las empresas, pero que ahora –a partir del teletrabajo- debe comenzar a considerar con interés.
 
Objetivos: Al finalizar el programa, se pretende que el asistente sea capaz de:
  • Comprender el contexto tecnológico, comunicativo y socio-familiar en el cual se desarrolla el Teletrabajo.
  • Comprender acerca de los cambios que desde la cultura organizacional se deben considerar en los nuevos modelos de negocios virtuales.
  • Considerar las condiciones mínimas de Seguridad Informática que deben incluirse en modelo de teletrabajo.
Dirigido a: Gestores de Capital Humano de las empresas. Gestores del área TI de las empresas y Profesionales informáticos con poca experiencia en teletrabajo. Docentes.
 
Temario:
  • Unidad I: El teletrabajo. Características distintivas. Impacto del teletrabajo en la sociedad, la empresa y el trabajador.
  • Unidad II: Nuevos modelos de negocios. Escenarios tecnológicos actuales y futuros. El rol de la Seguridad Informática.
  • Unidad III: Guía de Implementación del Teletrabajo Seguro. Recomendaciones de Seguridad Informática para los entornos de trabajo virtual.
 
Cantidad estimada de horas por semana: 5 horas dentro de las cuales se cuenta un encuentro virtual sincrónico semanal a desarrollarse los días: Lunes 14, 21 y 28 de Septiembre de 19:00 a 20:30 hs.
 
Modalidad: Las clases son virtuales a través del campus de SADIO incluyendo una clase semanal de actividades virtuales sincrónicas. El material bibliográfico del curso, las presentaciones y los enunciados de las ejercitaciones y trabajos prácticos se colocarán a disposición de los alumnos en el campus virtual de SADIO. Se incluyen actividades de formación práctica, siempre a desarrollarse en el contexto virtual.
 
Requisitos y Procedimientos de Evaluación: Los alumnos deberán registrar un 80% de asistencia, presentar y defender un trabajo práctico final con una calificación superior o igual a 60/100, y aprobar un examen final escrito individual que se entregará después de finalizado el curso, con una calificación superior o igual a 60/100. Quienes no puedan asistir a los webinarios semanales pueden recurrir a la clase virtual (que quedará grabada) y luego certificar la asistencia mediante un cuestionario a responder para cada clase ausente.

Antecedentes de los docentes:
Dra. Ing. H. Beatriz P. de Gallo
Ingeniera en Computación (UCSE, 1985), Master en Administración de Negocios (UCASAL, 2006), y Doctora en Ingeniería Mención Sistemas de Información (UTN-FRSF, 2019). Se desempeña como Profesora Adjunto a cargo de Análisis de Datos de la carrera de Ingeniería en Informática de la UCASAL. Investigadora de la Facultad de Ingeniería de esa institución universitaria, integra el GRUPO DE INVESTIGACIÓN SOBRE FORENSIA DIGITAL. Participa en proyectos de investigación sobre la temática desde el 2006. Actualmente es Coordinadora de la Diplomatura Universitaria en Seguridad Informática para Entornos de Trabajo Virtual que se imparte en la UCASAL. En el ámbito privado se desempeña como consultora en la gestión de proyectos de convergencia tecnológica críticos.

Dear Colleague,
 
We cordially invite you to submit a paper to the Informatics Track in the upcoming 2020 13th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI 2020), to be held online, 17-19 October 2020. Topics include (but are not limited to): Communications and Networking, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Intelligent Computing, Information Security, Automation and Control, etc.. The deadline for the 2nd (final) round of submissions is 15 September 2020 (papers already submitted in the previous round should not be re-submitted and will receive review notifications on 30 August as scheduled).
 
As with past CISP-BMEI conferences, all papers in conference proceedings will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, CPCI (ISI/ISTP), and IEEE Xplore. Substantially extended versions of best papers will be considered for publication in a CISP-BMEI special issue of Computer Science and Information Systems, a SCI-indexed journal. CISP-BMEI 2020 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (pending). The past conference proceedings from 2008 to 2015 were indexed as 2 separate conferences, i.e., CISP and BMEI. CISP-BMEI has become a single conference since 2016.
 
CISP-BMEI 2020 is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of multimedia, signal processing, biomedical engineering and informatics. The registration fee of US*D480 includes proceedings, lunches, dinners, banquet, coffee breaks, and all technical sessions.
 
To promote international participation of researchers from outside the country/region where the conference is held (i.e., China’s mainland), researchers outside of China’s mainland are encouraged to propose invited sessions. The first author of each paper in an invited session must not be affiliated with an organization in China’s mainland. All papers in the invited sessions can be marked as “Invited Paper”. The organizer(s) for each invited session with at least 6 registered papers will jointly enjoy an honorarium of US*D 500. Invited session organizers will solicit submissions, conduct reviews and recommend accept/reject decisions on the submitted papers. Invited session organizers will be able to set their own submission and review schedules, as long as a list of recommended papers is determined by 18 August 2020. Each invited session proposal should include: (1) the name, bio, and contact information of each organizer of the invited session; (2) the title and a short synopsis of the invited session. that will be live-streamed to the entire EAI Community.

In case the situation prevents the event from taking place in its original location, it will be held fully in an interactive, live online setting. In both cases, all matters related to publication and indexing will remain unchanged.

sCOPE

CloudComp 2020 aims to bring together academic researchers, industry developers and domain users to discuss & share recent advances and viewpoints in cloud computing.
