Scope

The aim of CROWNCOM 2019 is to bring together researchers from academia, industry, standards, and policy to present their new solutions of how cognitive radio systems will help deliver the required stringent requirements of future 5G and beyond 5G networks. Following the success of last edition, the main scope of this event is on new application domains for the cognitive-based solutions in the context of 5G and beyond. In particular we will concentrate on such science and industry drivers as machine learning and big data analysis in future wireless networks.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your paper to the 14th CROWNCOM edition. They should follow the Springer formatting guidelines (see Initial Submission).

Proceedings will be submitted for publication by Springer.

Proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in leading indexing services, including EI Elsevier Engineering Index, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, Scopus, CrossRef, Google Scholar, DBLP, as well as EAI’s own EU Digital Library (EUDL).

Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their accepted appers to the special issue on „New application domains for the cognitive-based solutions in the context of 5G and beyond” in:

We'd like to invite you to submit your papers/posters/demo proposals for the Future Technologies Conference (FTC) 2019 to be held from 14-15 November 2019 in San Francisco

FTC attracts researchers, scientists and technologists from some of the top companies, universities, research firms and government agencies from around the world. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three regular PC members or two senior PC members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation.

The conference programme will include paper presentations, poster sessions and project demonstrations, along with prominent keynote speakers and industrial workshops. All submitted papers will be reviewed by experts in the field based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality and clarity.

FTC 2019 papers will be will be published in Springer series "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing" and submitted for indexing to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink. The publications within "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing" are primarily proceedings of important conferences, symposia and congresses. They cover significant recent developments in the field, both of a foundational and applicable character.

Scopus, DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews and 
SCImago. CCIS volumes are also submitted to be included in ISI 
Proceedings.

A subset of the papers that are not accepted for publication in 
Springer CCIS Series (due to different technical aspects), can be 
selected for oral presentation at the Conference. These papers will be 
published in the UNLP repository (under ISBN reference) 
[http://sedici.unlp.edu.ar] and the authors will be invited to send an 
improved, extended version to the Journal of Computer Science & 
Technology [journal.info.unlp.edu.ar].
