LAMC-2018 is the Second IEEE MTT-S Latin America Microwave Conference (LAMC), to be held in Arequipa, Peru, the old country of the Incas, in December 12-14, 2018 (http://www.lamc-ieee.org).

Final extended deadline for regular papers : August 30

Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit original contributions to LAMC-2018, which includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:

53° RAE – REUNION DE ALTOS EJECUTIVOS DE LA CIER. 14 al 16 de Noviembre de 2018, Buenos Aires – Argentina.

Anualmente la Comisión de Integración Energética Regional (CIER), reúne a los máximos directivos del sector, en una actividad académica que permite a todos los actores involucrados, reflexionar, analizar y debatir acerca de los temas de mayor interés que inciden en el desenvolvimiento del sector.
 
En esta oportunidad, la CIER ha delegado en el Comité Argentino de la CIER (CACIER), la organización de la 53ª Reunión de Altos Ejecutivos de Empresas y Organismos de la CIER, cuyo Lema Central será “Construyendo Consensos para la Integración Energética Regional en un Marco de Innovación”
 
En ella se habrán de analizar por medio de paneles a cargo de especialistas de jerarquía internacional, los retos que enfrenta el sector y los nuevos escenarios que habrán de enmarcar el accionar de la industria eléctrica en los próximos años, como así también las soluciones que permitan atender adecuadamente una demanda cada vez más exigente.
 
Esta Reunión constituye una excelente oportunidad para que las empresas y organismos miembros de la CIER, las autoridades energéticas de los países asociados, los entes reguladores, las universidades, firmas consultoras, empresas suministradoras de bienes y servicios, entre otras, relacionadas con el sector energético, participen activamente en este evento internacional, que constituye una de las actividades de mayor jerarquía sobre energía eléctrica en la Región.
