El procedimiento para proponer ponencias y artículos tiene dos fases: 1) envío de un resumen corto y 2) envío del artículo completo, el cual también debe ser aprobado en base a nuestra metodología de doble revisión. Detalles al respecto se encuentran el llamado a ponencias detallado y publicado en: http://www.2018iiisconf.org/ Las fechas importantes, para los efectos de este procedimiento de dos fases, son las siguientes (éstas no aplican para otros eventos de CISCI 2018): 9 de abril de 2018: Resumen corto (200-300 palabras) para revisión interna orientada a la adecuación del tópico del autor para el contexto de IAA-IC 2018. El resumen debe ser enviado anexo a un email a la dirección de correo electrónico: iaa-ic [arroba] iiis.org. Por favor, no lo envíe a través del web site. 11 de abril de 2018: Aceptación de los resúmenes para la presentación de la ponencia en la conferencia (con la aceptación del resumen corto el autor puede presentar la ponencia, pero para la publicación de su artículo completo tendría que cumplir con los próximos pasos) 18 de abril de 2018: Envío del artículo completo (2000-5000 palabras). Ello se haría a través del sitio web de la conferencia para los efectos de su revisión externa mediante nuestra metodología de doble-revisión (anónima y no anónima en forma paralela y simultánea) 21 de mayo de 2018: Aceptación del artículo completo. 5 de junio de 2018: Envío de la versión final del artículo completo en el formato requerido. Antes de finalizar el año 2018: Publicación del número especial de la Revista Iberoamericana De sistemas, Cibernética, e Informática (RISCI). Condición necesaria para esa publicación es que el artículo completo haya sido evaluado por pares (peer reviewed) mediante nuestra metodología de doble revisión, es decir que la aceptación mencionada arriba haya sido para el trabajo completo. Otras revisiones podrían también llevarse a cabo por parte de los revisores de la revista. En todo caso, ello no produciría un recargo adicional a los autores para los efectos de la publicación en la revista. Procesos adicionales de edición podrían ser también requeridos para la publicación en la revista.
