Dear Colleagues, LASCAS, the IEEE Latin American Symposium on Circuits and Systems (https://ieee-lascas.org/) , one of the IEEE CASS flagship conferences (https://ieee-cas.org/) will take place next year in Punta del Este, Uruguay from 27-Feb-2024 to 1-Mar-2024. This edition of LASCAS 2024 will foster oral sessions, industrial panel discussions, special sessions, keynotes and tutorials given by experts on state-of-the-art topics. Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length (4+1 pages) papers, in IEEE format, using the guidelines in the authors' info. Accepted papers will be submitted to the IEEE-Xplore; best papers will be invited to a special edition of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I (TCAS-I) and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II (TCAS-II). Tutorial and Special Session proposals are still possible. On behalf of the IEEE Task Force on Gamification and Research (GRE), I am pleased to invite you to submit contributions to the “International Conference on Digitalization, New Media and VideoGame Culture” to be held on November 29-30, 2023.
The Conference is organized by the Department of Economics, Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad & Adhoc Group-01: Digital Sociology, Indian Sociological Society, in collaboration with the IEEE Task Force on Gamification and Research (GRE), Latin America, TG 10- Digital Sociology, International Sociological Association (ISA) and the Forum for Learning and Action with Innovation Rigor (FLAIR).
Goal of the Conference:
To explore and frame policy recommendations on trend of global digitalization in the context of Industry 4.0/Industry 5.0, Digital Society and Digital Culture.To investigate and analyse the role of new media on global trend of societal and digital inclusion.To detect and analyse new social culture derived from gamification and videogame culture at global level.

at the Institute of Control System, Ministry Science and Education
of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Baku, Azerbaijan, on June 03-05,
2024. Azerbaijan is a country with a 10 million population and a
big reputation. Azerbaijan is a miraculous country with its
unlimited natural resources, centuries-old culture, history and
ancient people, whose lifestyle presents a unique and harmonious
combination of the traditions and ceremonies of different cultures
and civilizations, you are welcome here.
Baku is the capital and largest city of Azerbaijan, as well as the
largest city on Caspian Sea and of the Caucasus region. Baku is the
city of the scientific, cultural and industrial center of
Azerbaijan. In recent years, Baku has become an important venue for
international events. It hosted the 57th Eurovision Song Contest in
2012, the 2015 European Games, the 2016 European Grand Prix, 4th

computing, to discuss thought-provoking developments and
challenges, to consider potential future directions. One of the
objectives of the conference is to encourage participation by young
researchers; to this end student papers will be given a special
consideration.
