Torneo Regional de Inteligencia Computacional 2014

INTRODUCCION

IEEE CIS Argentina convoca a jóvenes estudiantes y profesionales de latinoamérica interesados en

  • Sistemas bioinspirados
  • Soft computing
  • Inteligencia artificial
  • Inteligencia computacional
  • Videojuegos

y áreas relacionadas a participar de este evento. La sociedad de Inteligencia computacional del IEEE viene generando el TRIC desde hace 12 años, como mecanismo de estimulación de los jóvenes a trabajar e investigar en el sector de la inteligencia computacional (inteligencia artificial sumada a algoritmos un poco más actuales). Bianualmente los científicos y estudiantes de todas las ingenierías envían papers de investigación de varios países (desde Méjico al sur) y los presentan en las jornadas. Este año la participación es virtual. La idea es incluir Videojuegos dentro del evento (que no es local sino regional en latinoamérica) es justamente el reconocimiento y apoyo al sector como parte de las ingenierías.

1.TRACK Inteligencia Computacional (presentaciones virtuales). (BasesdeConvocatoriaalTRICVI_v5)
*Dura un día, viernes (21 de noviembre)
*Destinatarios: científicos de transferencia, profesionales de la industria, académicos, etc. que estudien y/o apliquen técnicas de Inteligencia Computacional y deseen intercambiar sus experiencias y hallazgos.
*Plazo de envío de trabajos: 7 de noviembre via email a daniela_ldl@ieee.org
* Presentación de seleccionados: todos los VJ seleccionados deberán realizar una presentación 10 minutos por reunión virtual. De las presentaciones el domingo 23,  15 hs se anunciará el ganador del track y menciones.

2.TRACK MIDA.maker (MIDA maker V1)

*Destinatarios: personas desde los 13 años con creatividad como para construir un dispositivo virtual ingenioso a partir de las máquinas simples que estarán en el laboratorio virtual de MIDA.maker. Este laboratorio estará disponible a la brevedad.
*Plazo de entrega: hasta el domingo 16 de noviembre por medio de un mail a tric@ci2s.com.ar
*Presentación de seleccionados: no se realiza presentación. De los inventos recibidos el domingo 23,  15 hs se anunciará el ganador del track y menciones.
*Organizador: Leonel Maguet
La modalidad del track es simple: se genera un sandbox derivado de nuestro prototipo MIDA (Museo de la ingeniería desde la antigüedad) con el que los participantes podrán generar su dispositivo propio.
-se publica el ganador en la web bajo el logo de IEEE CIS Argentina y CI2S Lab
-se entregará material de MD del IEEE USA

4.TRACK EXPO-VJ
*CAPAC APROX: 30 personas. Días sábado 22 (10-17hs) y domingo 23 de noviembre (10-14.30hs)
*Destinatarios: personas que deseen mostrar sus videojuegos.
-Será una exposición de videojuegos, para lo cual se dispondrá de PCs.
-Por cuestiones administrativas deberá enviar  mail antes del 16 de noviembre a daniela_ldl@ieee.org, con su nombre, y nombre del videojuego.
Animate y traé  lo que tenés en tu casa. Mostranos lo que hacés en videojuegos.

ACTO CIERRE
El domingo se hará el acto de cierre y entrega de premios con la siguiente estructura
-apertura. Presidente IEEE Argentina
-disertación 40′. Tema “SIGHT, ingeniería con implicaciones sociales”.
(TEMA: uso de VJ en enfermedades crónicas y terapias de tratamiento autismo, afasias, etc., que es sight, qué es BIOTECH/ARA/HOLOTECH)
-disertación 20′. Tema “mujeres en videojuegos.”
(TEMA: participación y figuración de mujeres en videojuegos. La imagen de la mujer)

-entrega premios TRACK IC.
-entrega premios TRACK MIDA-maker
-entrega premios TRACK EXPO-VJ.
-acto de cierre
