Curso corto de Posgrado: “Economía de la Energía: Planeamiento Nacional y Evaluación de Proyectos”

Les hacemos llegar un nuevo Curso corto de Posgrado que está ofreciendo el igpuba: “Economía de la energía: planeamiento nacional y evaluación de proyectos”.


El curso es modalidad virtual, y se desarrollará a lo largo de 8 clases, todos los lunes de 18 a 20 a partir del 31 de octubre. 


El arancel es de 50 mil pesos y puede ser abonado en dos cuotas de 25 mil pesos, con un descuento de 20% del valor final para los estudiantes y egresados de la FIUBA. 

Este programa convoca a profesionales de empresas, sector público, emprendedores, consultores y a toda aquella persona que quiera cultivarse y comprender la industria energética. No requiere conocimientos técnicos previos.

INTRODUCCIÓN   La toma de conciencia del nivel de impacto que poseen las personas en las Instituciones, da cuenta de la evolución histórica del concepto de Factor Humano, que se ha convertido hoy en el verdadero sentido de toda Organización.  Los procesos dentro de las Organizaciones también han evolucionado, es por ello que la Gestión misma del Proceso de Selección de Personal ya no puede ser pensada ni actuada como una responsabilidad de un sector, sino como el inicio de un camino continuo e integrado con quienes lideran y conducen equipos de trabajo.  Generar compromiso en las personas, sentido de pertenencia y entusiasmo por la función, requiere de Habilidades en el Conocimiento del Comportamiento Humano, que el managment debe desarrollar para conducir equipos que logren y superen los objetivos alineados con el crecimiento de la organización. Title: Multi-neural Networks Object Identification
Abstract: This paper presents an Android prototype called HOLOTECH, a system to help blind people to understand obstacles in the environment. The goal of this paper is the analysis of different techniques and procedures to perform a fast and lightweight model able to detect obstacles in this context. The predictions and analysis are statistically evaluated, and results are used in order to improve the inference results. The model keeps working using low precision images drifted from an Android cell phone supported with ultrasonic sensors. Images are pre-processed on the fly, using multiple neural networks in conjunction with other heuristics, to infer obstacles and their displacement. Results indicate that it is possible to improve the prediction rate and at the same time to reduce extra processing load. ? 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
